The Burn depth assessment algorithm on the Burn wounds page has been updated to indicate that the Nikolsky sign is absent in epidermal burns and present in partial thickness burns. Previously the algorithm mistakenly indicated the opposite. Thanks to Jess for picking this up.

The Takayasu arteritis has had a few minor updates. Recently saw a case where the diagnosis had been elusive for the last 2 years and the patient labelled as a drug seeker. Weird stuff happens.

The AF reversion options flowchart has been corrected to indicate that amiodarone should be given if there is IHD, structural heart disease or age > 55 years. Previously it indicated that it should not be given in these patients. Thanks to Sally for picking this up.
