Login to the website
Click on ‘My details’ on the home page menu.
Click on the ‘Online store’ tab at the top left
Add ‘The Emergency Medicine Manual Online’ to the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Basket’ button at the bottom.

Click on ‘Checkout’ on the bottom right and you will be taken to the secure PayPal payment page where you can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal account.
After entering your credit card details and submitting your subscription should be active immediately.
Your subscription will be extended by one year from its expiry date.
