Sorry if this is random. I recently came across a story of a toddler who had ingested a slug. They needed 7 days albendazole due to the risk of Angiostrongylus. I had never read this information before, and Felt if I had seen the patient I might of missed it. I know in your returned traveller section lung worm is mentioned. I know it is rare, but would it be possible to put it in somewhere about pediatric slug/snail eaters as I think many people would not know to prescribe the treatment.

Hi Rhys
Sounds like an interesting case.
I would be happy to put something in about it – do you have any references or resources about this?
