Click on one of the links on the main table of contents page to take you to a chapter list menu page, then to a chapter content menu page.
Click on the menu text to expand the submenu for each chapter.
Clicking on any displayed item takes you immediately to the relevant section.
Navigation buttons are found in the header of each page and enable you to move forward or backward through the manual in page sequence.
There are also multiple hyperlinks between different areas of the manual that have mutual relevance.
