Anxiety instead of anaphylaxis or angioedema

The Anaphylaxis page has been updated with additional information about how to differentiate anxiety from anaphylaxis or angioedema. This is particularly important as a significant proportion of younger patients who present with ‘impending allergic airway obstruction’ are actually suffering from anxiety. The use of adrenaline (and icatabant) does not help anxiety.
