We have removed quite a few ‘of cases’ from the text on multiple different pages, whenever it appears to be redundant.
But more work on this still needs to be done…..

20 mmol of IV KCL in 100 mL of NSaline, given over 1hour increases serum K+ by approximately 0.5 mmol/L at completion, 0.25 mmol/L one hour after completion
