The Burns management page has been updated with an updated recommendation for 3-4ml/kg/%TBSA of fluid, instead of 2-4ml/kg/%TBSA.

Formulae of the day updates
Five formulae of the day have been added and a number of others updated. The lack of accuracy of estimated pCO2 in metabolic acidosis and alkalosis has been emphasised.
