The Menu displayed on the header bar on each page of the front part of the website has been improved to enable better navigation of the web features. Because of the improved menu system we have removed the links to the different web features from the text on the top of the front page.
The ECG and CXR galleries have just been upgraded to enable display of larger images and scalability of images according to screen size.
6 new images have been added to the CXR, ECG and Image of the day galleries.
A tag cloud of the updates in the previous 4 years has been added to the bottom left column of the website front page. The number of tags has also been reduced.
Just in case you didn’t notice – we have just introduced a new layout for the front section of the website. The new layout should display better on tablets and small mobile devices and is a little more compact than the previous version. Let us know what you think.
A new page called Management of DVT has been created with the content being moved from the Deep venous thrombosis page.

6 new images have been added to the Featured image gallery
30 new images have just been added to the Featured image gallery that appears on the front page of the website.
The mangled extremity severity score on the Assessment of the severely injured limb page has been converted from text to a table to fix the formatting problems that have occurred in the online version.
The scoring system used to help determine the management of metastatic spinal disease on the Low back pain page has been converted from text to a table. This should fix the alignment problems that have occurred in the online version.
We have just added a new filter for you to choose for Version 1 called ‘Practice edition’. Unfortunately there has been a problem with the display of the table of contents (in the left hand column of the screen) with the new version.
