After the problems we had with the table of contents after recently upgrading to a new version, we have decided to expand the TOC another 3 levels. This means you can drill right down to the specific area of the manual you are interested in by following the links from the expandable table of contents on the left.
The expanded TOC is a little slower (as it has about 7000 items in it) than the old one, but hopefully more useful and quicker to get to where you want to be overall.
Please let us know if the slower speed is a problem – if so, we will reduce the number of levels a bit to speed it up.
As a consequence of the expanded capability of the TOC we have removed the mini table of contents at the start of every chapter.
