Due to subscriber feedback, the process for providing us feedback about the manual has been simplified. It is now no longer necessary to enter an email address or a name in the feedback form, just the feedback you want to give. Obviously if you do not provide any contact details, we can’t provide you any feedback on your feedback!
We are also in the process of updating all website content pages so the ‘contact us’ link at the right of the page header will take you straight to the feedback page (in a new tab) to make it easier to send feedback without interrupting normal browsing. This should also make it easier to copy any page URL you want to give feedback on, then paste it into the ‘URL or page name’ field on the feedback form in the new tab. Until this update process is completed, the ‘contact us’ link will continue to activate your default email program, so you can still contact us this way.
