Due to a file upload error, Format 1 and 2 are currently exactly the same due to a file uploading issue.
Attempts to fix this problem are proving to be much more difficult than expected.
Unfortunately it looks like the problem is unlikely to be able to be fixed until later tonight (AEST) at the earliest.
