Please note there is a problem with the display of many images in both Version 1 and 2 of the manual at present.
We are currently reverting back to earlier versions (i.e. 3 weeks ago) of these files until we rectify the problem – so some of the most recent updates may not be able to be seen.
We will post again when the issue is resolved.
