New files for Format 1 and 2 will start to be uploaded immediately to the website. This may cause transient instability in the files, indexes and tables of content. Format 1 will be done first, followed by Format 2. If you encounter any difficulty during the upload, change to the other format as it should still work normally. The entire process is expected to take about 20 minutes for each format.
