Unfortunately there has been a problem with the display of the table of contents (in the left hand column of the screen) with the new version. The section headings for a lot of the sections are not being displayed so each chapter is shown instead which is leading to a very long list of options in the table of contents.
We will be working to fix this up which we anticipate may take a few days to complete. When finished the table of contents should look the same as in the previous version with a collapsible menu of sections then chapters then topics. In the meantime we are grateful for your understanding.
Please let us know if you notice about any other issues that may have arisen from the changeover to the new format so we can fix them as well.
