Thankfully the display of the table of contents for the new format has been fixed so that it now again displays the sections then chapters then topics as it did with the old format.
The fixed Version 1 is being uploaded now and Version 2 will be uploaded later today.
The mini table of contents are not quite displaying in the place or in the way we want them to yet, and some of them are incomplete. Rather than remove them at this stage we will continue to work on them in case you are finding them helpful the way they are at the moment.
