We have just introduced a new support system for subscribers having any difficulty with the website.
You can now generate a support ticket and track all correspondence related to that issue from within the website.
The support area can be found by clicking on the ‘Support’ tab in the members section (My details) of the website (see below).
However if you have problems with website access, you will need to email us at venompublishing@bigpond.com (please keep a record of this, just in case) as you will not have access to the Support area.
