The Oxygen therapy page has been updated, including a clearer indication that target SpO2 in hospitalised patients should rarely be > 95%.
The Management of pneumothorax page has been updated to indicate that pneumothorax secondary to pleural needle puncture usually resolves with conservative treatment alone.
