A new chapter called Sepsis has been created from the Circulatory resuscitation chapter. This has been do improve navigation by making the size of the previous Circulatory resuscitation chapter smaller. Unfortunately this means that any external links (e.g. personal bookmarks) to the affected pages will be broken.
