Information about the factors affecting oxygen delivery, regarding oxygen extraction and tissue blood flow has been added to the Pathophysiology of shock page and the clinical relevance of this information has been described in the Management of shock page.

Membership software upgrade

Our membership software has been upgraded over the last few days. You will now notice a new style to the login and membership pages and there is added ability to view your previous subscription payments in .pdf format. Additional features should be available once some of the bugs in the software configuation are resolved.
