The poll on the new format ACEM SAQs has now closed with a wide spread of opinions. Overall it looks like the question format is considered to be marginally easier than the previous ACEM SAQ format.

With the addition of the May 2015 update quiz, the quiz bank has just passed the 1000th question mark – an average of about 300 questions added/year.
A fix has been found for the button problem, so a few are being re-instated on the site. However we are feeling a bit ‘button shy’ after the disruption, so will use them a bit more sparingly in future – unless there is an outcry of support for them from our subscribers.
Approximately 50 new video clips (I can’t be bothered counting them all!) have been added to a newly created Video page. Nearly all of these are ultrasound clips, covering a wide variety of emergency presentations and echocardiographic views.
Unfortunately after a software update – all the buttons on the site have gone missing, never to be seen again. We ask for your patience whilst we rig up something to replace all of them.
